How do I claim earnings support for illness?
Eligible riders may be able to claim earnings support if they are temporarily unable to work because of sickness.
For incidents that occurred before 1 July 2026, this insurance was administered by Bikmo.

For incidents that occur on or after 1 July 2026, this insurance is underwritten by American International Group UK Limited, also known as AIG, and administered by Beloy.

You’ll need to provide evidence to support your claim. This may include a Statement of Fitness to Work, also known as a fit note, issued by a medical practitioner. The fit note should show the dates you are medically certified as unfit to work.
