Who do I contact or how do I make an insurance claim?

Who you contact depends on the type of insurance claim and when the incident happened.

Public liability claims

Use this if someone else has been injured, or someone else’s property has been damaged, while you were working with Deliveroo.

To report a public liability claim

  • Visit Onsi
  • Email Onsi at deliveroosupport@onsi.com

Please include as much of the following information as possible:

  • the date, time and location of the incident
  • details of what happened
  • your name and contact details
  • the name, address and phone number of anyone else involved
  • details of any injury or property damage
  • photos of any damage, if available
  • contact details for any witnesses
  • any police, fire department or incident reference number, if applicable

You will need to have the insurer’s consent to admit liability, agree to settle a claim, or make any payment to another person.

Personal accident, sickness, temporary disability or new parent claims

Use this if you need to claim for an injury, sickness, temporary inability to work, or a new parent payment.

For incidents that occurred before 1 July 2026, personal accident and sickness insurance was administered by Bikmo.

For incidents that occur on or after 1 July 2026, this insurance is underwritten by American International Group UK Limited, also known as AIG, and administered by Beloy SAS.

  • Visit Beloy’s website at portal.beloy.com/deliveroo/gb
  • If you cannot access the portal, or you need extra support when making a claim, email Beloy at:
