These Terms and Conditions apply to the Hydration Break Boost promotion.
Promotion period
The promotion is available during the following times:
- Wednesday 24 June 2026, from 11:00 to 18:00
- Thursday 25 June 2026, from 11:00 to 18:00
All times are local.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this promotion, you must:
- Have an active rider account.
- Be using an eligible vehicle type (note the promotion may be available to different vehicle types at different times).
- Complete eligible deliveries (deliveries completed and accepted from 11:00-18:00 on 24 June and 11:00-18:00 on 25 June) during the promotion period.
- Comply with the Supplier Agreement and all applicable platform policies.
How the promotion works
Eligible riders will receive an additional payment for every two (2) eligible deliveries completed during the promotion period.
Only deliveries that are accepted and completed during the promotion period will count towards the promotion.
Additional payments are calculated in pairs of completed eligible deliveries. Partial pairs do not qualify for payment. For example:
- 2 eligible deliveries = 1 promotional payment
- 4 eligible deliveries = 2 promotional payments
- 5 eligible deliveries = 2 promotional payments
The fifth delivery would not qualify for an additional promotional payment.
Payment
Any promotional payments earned through this promotion will be paid separately from standard delivery fees and are expected to be paid on the next rider fee day
Payment timing may vary where additional verification is required.
General
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
- Correct any errors in the calculation of promotional payments.
- Withhold promotional payments where we reasonably believe fraud, misuse, abuse of the platform or a breach of applicable terms has occurred.
Participation in this promotion is subject to the Supplier Agreement and all applicable policies.
In the event of any discrepancy or dispute regarding eligibility, qualifying deliveries or promotional payments, our determination will be final.
